Here is version 3 of Vic Firth's incredibly popular attenuating headphones. SIH3 is a headphone with built-in headphones that attenuate about 25db, which means that you save your hearing and that you can play to music and actually hear the music without being completely drowned out by the drums. This updated version has more powerful drivers that provide both better bottom, clearer midrange and a clearer treble than its predecessor. The bracket has a more comfortable padding and the caps have been given a facelift with a cheeky carbon fiber look!

SIH3 has tons of uses!
Practicing to music: You can use these when practicing to music as they lower the volume of your acoustic drums so you can really hear the music you are practicing to. Playing to music is a fun way to practice & with Vic's headphones it's even more fun!
Practicing to clicks: Plug these into your metronome and you can practice to clicks in a comfortable way without having to strain your eardrums.
Recording: Perfect for listening in the studio. On the one hand, they attenuate the acoustic noise in the studio room so you get a safe, clear & good listening, but also they close in the sound so the risk of leakage from your headphones into the microphones is minimized.
