The SR is probably the bass model most people think of when someone says “Ibanez bass” and for about 30 years it has been the market leader among “small body” basses (basses with smaller, slim, bodies). They are lightweight, easy-to-play basses that are extremely comfortable to wear and play, perfect for people who play a lot or long sessions.

SR is available in designs from cheap entry-level basses to absolute worst basses and everything in between, whatever price range you want to put yourself in, there is an SR bass for you. They are also available in several different woods and pickup configurations.

SR605E is the SR in Ibanez standard series.
The standard series is Ibanez “regular” models, instruments that are a little cheaper without compromising too much on quality compared to the top models. Instruments for those who want everything Ibanez stands for, playability, reliability, sound, look and feel, but have a slightly thinner wallet.

Instruments that, despite their low price, could easily accompany you as the main instrument on a tour without fuss, basses and guitars that work at whatever level you play.

The mics are Nordstrand Big Break, split coil design mics with a very wide frequency range and a clear, clear, character from single coil but without hum and noise.

It consists of a boost/cut for bass frequencies, a boost/cut for treble.
The important midrange has a boost/cut pot and a switch that moves where the knob works, 250Hz or 600Hz). Common volume and pickup balance pot.
