Donner Essential D1 is a compact but powerful beat machine that combines classic step sequencer with live pad playing. It is perfect for both studio and stage use, and is ideal for producers, beatmakers, and live artists. With 12 sample tracks, 16 color-coded pads, and built-in effects, you have everything you need to create beats and grooves – right out of the box.

Two ways to create beats
Essential D1 lets you switch between finger drumming with velocity-sensitive pads and precise programming via the 64-step sequencer. Perfect for everything from hip hop and trap to house, pop, and experimental music.

Effects and professional control panel
The master channel features compressor, delay, and reverb, giving your beats both depth and punch. The five touch-sensitive knobs provide quick access to your parameters, and the colorful interface makes it easy to keep track of each track.

Ready for stage and studio
You get 16 ready-made kits and 64 beats straight from the factory, but you can also load your own samples via Donner's app. The 4 GB internal memory provides plenty of space, and all sounds are played back at 44.1 kHz / 16-bit.

Easy to connect to any setup
With USB-C, MIDI I/O, AUX input, line out, and headphone output, the D1 works for everything from home production to live performances and DAW control.
