Warm Audio Peach Fuzz

The Warm Audio Peach Fuzz is a collaboration with The Black Keys and Dan Auerbach, based on the vintage-inspired '70s Foxy-style fuzz and octave pedal. It recreates thick vintage saturation and octave-up tones while adding a customized octave control for greater flexibility on stage and in the studio.

The Peach Fuzz is hand-assembled using NOS Fairchild 2N3565 transistors, Germanium 1N34A diodes, carbon resistors, and premium film capacitors. These components are selected to deliver the characteristic searing fuzz tones associated with the original circuit.

The custom octave-up function can be engaged with a standard switch or used momentarily for temporary octave effects. This makes it suitable for riffs, solos, and creative performance techniques without requiring a separate octave pedal.

Its Mellow/Brite control provides a range of fuzz characters, from lower-gain grit and subdued crunch to aggressive, saturated fuzz. Volume and Sustain controls complete the main tone-shaping section.

The pedal features a distinctive shag peach velvet-covered enclosure inspired by the original 1970s frocked pedal design. It uses true bypass switching, gold-plated PCB pads, a red LED power indicator, and is hand-tested and inspected in Austin, Texas.
