TK Audio TK-lizer 3

The TK Audio TK-lizer 3 is a mastering and mix bus equalizer based on the renowned Baxandall circuit, known for its smooth, musical, and natural sound character. Designed for both mixing and mastering applications, it combines flexible tonal shaping with advanced Mid/Side processing capabilities.

The equalizer features three frequency bands, each offering six selectable frequencies and dedicated gain control. The low and high bands can be switched between shelving and peak modes, while an integrated high-pass filter provides twelve selectable frequencies for precise low-frequency management.

For enhanced workflow and creative flexibility, the TK-lizer 3 can operate in standard Left/Right mode or Mid/Side mode. This allows separate processing of the center and stereo information, making it possible to add air to the sides, tighten the low-end, adjust stereo width, or shape centrally panned elements such as vocals, bass, kick, and snare.

The updated version features redesigned input and output circuits, improved EQ performance in both the low and high frequency ranges, and an enhanced M/S circuit for better channel separation. Vintage-style bakelite knobs and toggle switches complete the updated design.
