The Takumi Level 1.1 turntable is designed to bring high-quality analog playback to both newcomers and experienced vinyl enthusiasts. It combines refined mechanical engineering with a minimalist aesthetic, focusing on stable rotation, low noise, and pure musical reproduction.
A key feature is the mechanical decoupling of the platter and record from the rest of the turntable. The acrylic platter is isolated from both the aluminum base and the spindle, reducing unwanted vibrations and improving clarity. The reversible spindle allows records to be handled without direct contact, creating a more isolated and stable rotating system.
The platter is precision-machined from solid acrylic using a CNC lathe, ensuring excellent concentricity and a highly accurate surface finish. A classic AC motor with electronic speed switching between 33 and 45 RPM provides smooth and reliable belt-driven operation, supported by a precision pulley and a low-friction ceramic bearing system.
Three decoupled feet provide stable support while minimizing vibration transfer from the surface. Combined with a high-quality tonearm shared with higher-end models, the Level 1.1 delivers accurate tracking and a natural, balanced sound presentation.
