Taga Harmony PF-1000LPS Black

The PF-1000LPS power filter combines four functions in one device: power noise filtering, a linear power supply with selectable DC output voltage for various devices, two USB ports powered by the built-in linear power supply for powering and charging, and surge and overload protection for all outputs including DC and USB ports.

Power Noise Filtering
Electrical networks in homes and workplaces are exposed to various interferences such as electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by appliances including refrigerators, air conditioners, and computers. These disturbances may originate both inside and outside the building and can vary depending on electrical network load at different times.

These disturbances, commonly referred to as electrical noise, can enter AC power and negatively affect system performance. This “dirty” electricity may reduce the performance of audio-video equipment.

The TAGA Harmony PF-1000LPS effectively limits electrical interference and isolates connected equipment from contaminated power. Acting as a buffer between the wall outlet and connected devices, it also helps extend the lifespan of system components.

Linear Power Supply for DC and USB Outputs
Most DC-powered devices use inexpensive switching power supplies which operate at high frequencies and may introduce electrical noise into connected equipment and the power network itself. Such noise can significantly deteriorate audio performance and efficiency.

The PF-1000LPS utilizes a high-quality linear power supply delivering clean and stable power to DC and USB outputs.
