SE Electronics KLS-150

The sE Electronics KLS 150 are professional closed-back over-ear headphones designed for critical listening, mixing, recording and live sound applications. Their distinctive mechanical Bass Control system physically adjusts the acoustic characteristics of the earcups, allowing users to change bass response without electronic EQ, DSP or batteries.

Custom-developed 40 mm dynamic drivers with neodymium magnets deliver a specified frequency response of 12 Hz–28 kHz, with a 39-ohm impedance for compatibility with a wide range of professional audio interfaces and headphone amplifiers. The passive Dual-Shell construction helps reduce external noise and headphone leakage, making the KLS 150 suitable for studio recording and monitoring in noisy environments.

The mechanical Bass Control adjustment is accessed through separate rotary controls beneath removable earcup covers. Marked settings make it easier to return to a preferred listening reference, while the covers help prevent accidental changes during use and transport.

Designed for extended working sessions, the KLS 150 feature memory foam earpads with a leatherette covering, a robust construction with glass-fibre-reinforced components and corrosion-resistant spring steel. The earcups rotate 90 degrees for single-ear monitoring, and the foldable design supports convenient storage and transport.

The detachable 3 m straight cable features a locking connection. Included adapters provide 6.35 mm and USB-C connectivity for compatible equipment. A protective storage pouch, removable earcup covers and a tool for opening the covers are also included.
