Savarez uses the latest materials and specially designed machinery to produce strings that are playable while maximising sound and durability. Savarez operates under the strictest quality requirements so you always get high quality strings when you choose Savarez

80/20 Bronze strings are made of 80% copper and 20% zinc. The 80/20 alloy was by far the most widely used alloy for western guitar strings in the 1960s, and well into the 1970s, when phosphor bronze strings became more popular. 80/20 Bronze strings have a more brilliant treble than Phosphor Bronze strings, while the middle tone is less dominant. They are usually preferred for recording, as the distinct treble provides a wider frequency response and a more present sound, which is preferable for studio use. The downside of 80/20 Bronze strings is that they don't hold their sound as long as Phosphor Bronze, so many guitarists typically use 80/20 strings for recording and live use, where it's important to get the best sound possible.
