Promark ActiveGrip is a revolutionary technology that is activated by heat, the more you sweat the better grip you get.
Many drummers have problems with the grip on the stick which can result in limitations of technique and in the worst case, losing the stick. ActiveGrip is applied in a thin layer and does not affect the playing feel like gloves, grip tape or various rubberised grips. On the contrary, ActiveGrip is activated when you need it most and allows you to have a relaxed grip and technique even in the last set of the gig when the stage lights have forced the last drops of sweat.
ActiveGrip is available in the Select Balance family as Forward and Rebound in 7A, 5A, 5B and some signature models ex. Mike Portnoy 420X, Glen Koche ActiveWave.
Promark Select Balance is manufactured with the highest demands on the market. Matching of weight must not exceed 1.5gr and a maximum of a quarter tone step difference in pitch. Promark applies Plant Preserv 5-1, which means that 5 trees are planned for each felled tree.
