The coating both files and polishes at the same time, so no additional polishing is needed to achieve a perfect surface for the string to rest against. To help you keep track of your files, the size is laser-engraved on the file blade, and the ergonomic plastic handle features a hanging hole so you can keep your tools organized. With a length of 120 mm, it’s just the right size to be easy to grip yet compact enough not to take up too much space on your workbench.
The handle is removable, so if you need to file at an angle or in a position where the handle gets in the way, you can detach it and file using just the file blade.
