Sound System and Performance

Active 4-way column PA system with 3,600 W peak power and 1,800 W RMS power
Class D amplifier
Maximum SPL: 133 dB
Frequency response: 37–20,000 Hz (-6 dB), 34–20,000 Hz (-10 dB)
Crossover frequencies: 200 Hz, 700 Hz and 1,800 Hz
Dispersion: 120° horizontal × 25° vertical
15-inch neodymium bass driver with bass reflex design for powerful, precise low frequencies
14 × 3.5-inch neodymium midrange drivers
4 × 1-inch neodymium compression drivers with waveguides for clear high frequencies
BEM-optimised waveguides and phase plugs for even, controlled sound dispersion
Horn-loaded midrange drivers for improved wavefront coherence and clear vocal reproduction
Airflow-optimised bass reflex ports that reduce turbulence and port noise

Cardioid Technology and Expansion

Cardioid column design with up to 18 dB rear attenuation between 100 Hz and 1 kHz
Reduces unwanted stage sound and directs sound energy towards the audience
Expandable with a second MAUI 44 G3 SUB for extended low-frequency response or a cardioid subwoofer configuration
A rear-facing additional subwoofer with the Cardioid preset increases forward bass output while reducing bass behind the system
A forward-facing additional subwoofer can provide up to 6 dB higher SPL in the low-frequency range
