iFi Audio Zen Air Blue 2

The iFi Audio ZEN Air Blue 2 adds high-resolution Bluetooth streaming to virtually any amplifier, AV receiver or pair of powered speakers. Its three-stage Hi-Fi architecture combines a Qualcomm QCC3095 Bluetooth chipset, ESS Sabre DAC and dedicated output stage for clean, detailed wireless audio.

Bluetooth 5.4 supports aptX Lossless for CD-quality wireless playback at up to 1,200 kbps, along with LDAC, aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, aptX, AAC and SBC. The ESS Sabre Hyperstream DAC and GMT femto clock provide low jitter and a 109 dB(A) signal-to-noise ratio.

The ZEN Air Blue 2 accepts a wide 5–12 V DC power range, making it suitable for USB, mains-adapter and vehicle installations. Dual short and long antennas provide reliable Bluetooth reception, while RCA left/right outputs deliver a 2.1 V RMS signal to your amplifier or active speakers.

With its compact enclosure and low power consumption, the ZEN Air Blue 2 is an easy way to add lossless Bluetooth to a classic hi-fi system, desktop setup, second listening room or car audio system.
