They are lightweight, easy-to-play basses that are extremely comfortable to wear and play, perfect for people who play a lot or for long sessions.

SR300EDX is the SR in the Ibanez standard series.
The Standard Series are Ibanez's ‘regular? models, instruments that are a little cheaper without compromising too much on quality compared to the top models. Instruments for those who want everything Ibanez stands for, playability, reliability, sound, look and feel, but have a slightly thinner wallet.
Instruments that, despite their low price, could easily accompany you as a main instrument on a tour without hassle, basses and guitars that work at whatever level you play.

The SR Standard basses have PDC (PowerSpan Dual Coil) microphones and a new EQ system.
It consists of a boost/cut for bass, treble and midrange and a 3-way Tap switch for switching between Humbucker-Single-Enhanced Single.
