Ibanez FTM33-WK

The FTM33 is Fredrik’s own signature model, called “Stoneman.”
Fredrik’s vision has guided every aspect of this instrument, so there has probably never been a more “signature” model than the Stoneman. In addition to the obvious aesthetic differences from Meshuggah’s previous, and extremely successful, M8M and M80M models, the Stoneman features a shorter scale length on the neck. It also has a neck pickup, which Fredrik has been using more and more recently.

Other features include Luminlay glow-in-the-dark side markers on the neck, a must-have for dark stages. A through-body neck for stability and strength, making it a tour-ready instrument.
FX EDGE III-8 bridge, a lockable fixed bridge for perfect tuning stability with a low “damping-friendly” profile. A 7-piece, neck-through design with KTS titanium reinforcement provides an extremely stable construction.

You could circle the globe many times over without the guitar showing the slightest sign of distress.

A completely custom-built instrument designed to be Fredrik’s ultimate metal guitar.
If it’s ultimate for Fredrik, it’s ultimate for us too.
