Ibanez's classic Artist series is back on a broad front.
Artist was one of the first original design series Ibanez made and it came out on the market back in 1974 and has come and gone since then. The series is still a very popular model and many of the older ones have become sought-after items by narrower ones.

Body: The body is made of Okoume, a type of wood that tends to be a little warmer and more mid-range in terms of sound. The treble is a little softly rounded but without losing clarity and separation. It has a pleasant hump in the midrange that makes the sound during melody/solo playing fat and singing with long sustain.

Bridge: Gibraltar Performance + Quick Change Classic tailpiece A traditional classic combination that feels familiar to the hands to play.

Pickups: Ibanez classic Super 58 with Tri-Sound switches. Super 58 are medium-output
PAF-type Humbuckers, simply traditional vintage tone.
The tri-tone switch (one per pickup) allows you to access series/parallel/coil-tap on each pickup.
This makes the guitar capable of tons of sound possibilities.
