AM73G is one of the models in the Ibanez Artcore series. A guitar with a slightly smaller body than a traditional 355, with a continuous center stock. The guitar is very insensitive to feedback/rounding even at very high volumes. A guitar that works well whether you play clean or heavily distorted and everything in between.
The guitar has an Artcore neck of Nyatoh set-in (glued into the body), a medium thick neck with a round, C-shaped profile. Perfect for both solo and chord playing. The fingerboard is bound rosewood with traditional block inlays and binding.
The pickups are Ibanez Classic Elite, pickups that combine a soft and nuanced tone with an ability to bite when needed. Works equally well for clean and traditional jazz sounds as for overdriven blues and rock sounds.
