Hifiman Edition XS Gen 2

The HIFIMAN Edition XS is an open-back planar magnetic headphone designed for detailed, spacious sound reproduction. It combines HIFIMAN's NEO Supernano diaphragm with Stealth Magnet technology to support fast transient response and reduce sound degradation caused by magnet interference.

The NEO Supernano diaphragm features an ultra-thin design with a conductive layer distributed across its surface. This allows the driving force to act more uniformly across the diaphragm, supporting lower distortion and accurate spatial reproduction.

Stealth Magnets use a specially shaped design that allows sound waves to pass through with reduced interference. This helps minimize the acoustic effects associated with conventional planar magnetic magnet structures.

The second-generation composite headband features a refined ergonomic design intended to reduce pressure on the head while improving the durability of the headband components. The open-back construction is suited to stationary listening in quieter environments.

The user-replaceable cable connects through standard 3.5 mm sockets, making it easy to replace the cable when needed.
