The specially developed Hagstrom Custom 62 pickups deliver a rich and powerful humbucker tone with clear attack and long sustain. Thanks to the coil-split function, you can also switch to an open and airy single-coil tone, making the Ultra Swede a highly versatile instrument for everything from blues and rock to pop and modern alternative music.

H-Expander™ Truss Rod
Hagström’s patented H-Expander™ design runs the entire length of the neck, providing exceptional stability while allowing for a comfortable neck profile and very low string action. The design also contributes to longer sustain and the characteristic Hagström tone.

Resinator™ Fingerboard
Resinator™ is an advanced wood-composite material with uniform density and high stability. The material eliminates dead spots and delivers a clear attack with rich overtone reproduction and a tonal character reminiscent of high-quality ebony.

Set Neck Construction
The traditional mortise-and-tenon joint ensures optimal transmission of string vibrations between the neck and body, enhancing resonance, sustain, and playability.

Sustain Block Tailpiece™
