The Gibson L-00 Special, a modern iteration of the iconic small-body acoustic first introduced in 1932, is crafted by expert luthiers in Bozeman, Montana, offering an accessible USA-made option. Constructed with solid mahogany back and sides and a solid Sitka spruce top featuring traditional scalloped X-bracing, it delivers a balanced tone ideal for fingerstyle and blues. The L-00's narrow waist results in a focused sound with a tight bass response. It features a SlimTaper™ neck, rosewood fretboard with 19 frets, and TUSQ® components for optimal performance. Finished in Satin Vintage Sunburst or Satin Wine Red, it includes an L.R. Baggs™ Element Bronze pickup and comes in a premium soft shell case, ready for stage or studio use.
