Gibson L-00 Century 12-Fret Vintage Amber

The Gibson L-00 Century 12-Fret brings the rich and balanced tone of Gibson’s legendary parlor guitars into a modern production model. Inspired by early 1930s flat-top acoustics, this version features a 12-fret neck-to-body joint that delivers a warm, resonant response with excellent dynamics for fingerstyle playing and lighter picking techniques.

The combination of a solid Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides produces a balanced and punchy sound with impressive clarity. The repositioned bridge design associated with the 12-fret construction helps drive the top more efficiently, enhancing sustain and tonal depth.

The mahogany neck features a comfortable SlimTaper profile and is paired with a rosewood fretboard with mother-of-pearl dot inlays. Vintage-inspired details include the classic Gibson script logo, cream binding, rosewood rectangle bridge, and open-back style tuners.

Finished in thin satin nitrocellulose lacquer, the L-00 Century 12-Fret combines traditional craftsmanship with a lightweight and responsive feel. It also includes a premium Century Collection tweed hardshell case for safe transport and storage.
