The Gibson Hummingbird Standard EC is a left-handed acoustic guitar that combines theiconicHummingbird design with a practical cutaway for improved access to the upper frets. Its classicSquareShoulder body features solid mahogany back and sides paired with a solid Sitka spruce top.Traditionalscalloped X-bracing supports the top, delivering a versatile and expressive acoustic tone suited torhythmplaying, strumming, and picked lead lines.

The mahogany neck features a comfortable SlimTaper profile and a rosewood fretboard with a 12" radius,20standard frets, and elegant mother-of-pearl split parallelogram inlays. The glossy Heritage CherrySunburstfinish complements the guitar's timeless appearance.

The exclusive Baggs HiFi DNA pickup system delivers detailed and natural amplified acoustic sound.Itfeatures two lightweight sensors mounted on the internal bridge plate, each with its owndedicated,custom-voiced Class A preamp. This design provides enhanced sensitivity, dynamic response,andaccurate reproduction of the guitar's natural resonance and string detail. The soundhole-mountedvolumeand tone controls offer convenient access during performance without affecting the guitar'sunamplifiedtone.

The guitar is equipped with a rosewood Belly-up bridge, TUSQ saddle, bone nut, and gold GroverRotomatictuners. It comes complete with a hardshell case.
