Specially selected solid wood, crafted from nature
Specially selected, aged premium wood from North America – we ensure that every Melody device has a uniquely beautiful wood grain. After dozens of processing steps – including CNC precision carving, polishing, environmentally friendly oiling, and air drying – the wood is stabilized. Over time, the wood develops a warm, natural patina and feels smooth and luxurious, which only improves with age. Both the buttons and the housing are seamlessly integrated into the iconic FiiO arc design, adding a dynamic touch to the distinctive profile. The arc fits perfectly to the fingertips, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and comfortable operation.

High-quality components, profound from the inside
With its powerful USB chip, audiophile DSP, and two Cirrus 43131 DACs, the software and hardware development teams have worked hard to take the Melody to a new level in terms of objective measurements, heat and power consumption, and subjective listening experience.
The integrated advanced DSP allows you to customize frequency curves via the FIIO Control app or the website, adjust three PEQ sets, preset multiple PEQ styles, and save and share curves in the cloud, allowing you to have additional fun with others. Two 43131 DACs support audio decoding up to PCM 384 kHz/32-bit DSD256, reproducing every tiny detail of the audio signals.
In addition, Hi-Res Audio certification ensures that the Melody delivers reliable sound quality. Thanks to a built-in microprocessor and FIIO's sophisticated software development, Melody keeps heat generation within reasonable limits. It also features a user-friendly sleep mode that reduces the common problem of rapid smartphone battery drain during use.

3.5 SE + 4.4 balanced outputs, supports SPDIF and coaxial output
The 3.5 mm SE output is super versatile and compatible with inline controls and microphones. With an adapter cable, you can also use it for SPDIF and coaxial signals, allowing Melody to deliver high fidelity and stable output to various professional audio and video devices. The 4.4 mm output is compatible with balanced headphone cables, enabling higher output power and more detailed sound.

Supports inline control with microphones and call recording
The 3.5 mm jack supports inline control and call recording. With the inline control on your headphones, you can conveniently start and pause playback, switch between tracks, and adjust the volume.
*Note: Apple phones and some Android phones may not support inline control and calls due to system permissions. Inline controls and microphones are supported on Huawei phones when Melody is in UAC1.0 mode.

Two volume/button modes to suit your needs
Melody has two volume and button modes. Thanks to the algorithm developed by FIIO and support from the FIIO Control app/website, you can switch between these volume and button modes according to your preferences.

RGB sampling rate display, visual indication of source quality
The side button has been supplemented with an additional RGB indicator light with yellow/green/blue light, which indicates different sampling rates and thus enables real-time indication of the sound source without the need for complicated checking steps.

Ultra energy-saving mode, protects your phone's battery
When music playback stops, Melody's standby power consumption drops to less than 10 mA. Set a sleep timer and the device will seamlessly switch to sleep mode after a period of inactivity – you don't have to worry about waking up to a dead battery the next morning.

Detachable cable, wide compatibility with multiple platforms
The Melody has a detachable cable and is compatible with Android/iOS/Windows/Mac and other platforms. It also supports switching between UAC1.0 and UAC2.0 modes. UAC1.0 mode makes it compatible with non-Android systems such as PS5 and Switch for a better gaming experience.
