Its compact display and class-leading performance are a huge step forward and will set the standard for a whole new generation.

Patented desktop mode 
Desktop mode is available for the first time on an entry-level FiiO player.
When desktop mode is enabled, the M21 is powered entirely by an external power supply.
The built-in battery is neither charged nor discharged, so you can use the player safely on your desk without putting a strain on the battery.

Portable/desktop dual power mode
In portable mode, the player operates with a standard power supply. When using the external power supply in "Super High Gain" mode, the player automatically switches to a high-voltage power supply with a peak output voltage of 21 Vpp (300 ohms) and a massive output power of 950 mW (32 ohms).

This delivers desktop-level performance, making the player more compatible with a wider range of earbuds or headphones, providing a truly exceptional listening experience.

Real quality inside and out
The housing is made of a solid aluminum alloy with a back made of frosted AG glass
It offers a fine texture and feels comfortable in the hand. The screen features an oleophobic coating that significantly reduces fingerprints and smudges and enables smoother touch operation.

Digital and analog shielding
The digital and headphone amplifier sections are housed in separate compartments, each equipped with independent shielding covers for isolation. This not only reduces signal crosstalk but also enables efficient heat dissipation and delivers purer sound.

Flagship-level performance
There are separate power supply paths for the digital and analog circuits, effectively reducing crosstalk between the two.
The result is more precise digital processing, purer analog output, and improved drive performance.
The analog circuit is further divided into multiple independent power supplies for components such as the DAC and headphone amplifier. This clean and robust power supply improves dynamic range and results in better reproduction of audio details—for a more refined and natural sound.

High-end hi-fi components for better sound
The M21's audio circuitry utilizes high-precision thin-film resistors and temperature-stable capacitors, ensuring refined and stable sound—particularly greater consistency between the left and right channels and across all frequency ranges. In addition, sophisticated circuits such as the DAC and headphone amplifier are equipped with over 10 low-impedance, high-capacitance tantalum capacitors. These provide ample energy reserves and a robust power supply for a more powerful, dynamic sound.

Global audio optimization
5th generation FPGA + two custom-built femtosecond crystal oscillators
FIIO has developed a quartz oscillator specifically for the M21, carefully selected to meet femtosecond standards, ensuring consistent and stable output. Featuring a high-precision, low-jitter unified clock source, it precisely adapts to PCM and DSD audio at various sampling rates, ensuring precise reproduction of digital audio signals.

The M21's 4000mAh high-voltage battery offers an extremely long battery life of up to 15 hours, effortlessly powering extended listening sessions on the commute or while traveling, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the world of music. It also supports 20W PD fast charging, allowing for quick recharging even during short breaks.

Only the POWER IN interface supports PD fast charging.
