The FiiO JT9 combines a large 95 x 86 mm proprietary planar magnetic driver with an ultra-thin 1 μm diaphragm, delivering fast response, deep bass extension, wide dynamic range and detailed reproduction. Its patented sapphire and aluminum double-coating technology and uniform magnetic field design are engineered to improve resolution while reducing distortion.

The driver is manufactured using a highly precise process derived from semiconductor manufacturing techniques, with a conductive voice coil produced at a process scale of 28 nm. The result is a precisely controlled diaphragm construction designed for consistent performance and long-term reliability.

Despite its large planar driver, the JT9 is designed to be easy to drive, with a sensitivity of 95 dB/mW at 1 kHz. Its lightweight 365 g construction, ergonomic three-axis rotating earcups and foldable design make it suitable for extended listening and convenient transport.

The JT9 includes dedicated high-purity oxygen-free copper cables with both 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm connections, as well as a 6.35 mm adapter. A water-repellent carrying bag is also included for storage and transport.
