ENGL Fireball IR Pedal EP635

The ENGL EP635 Fireball IR Pedal is a compact 2-channel preamp pedal designed to deliver the signature Fireball high-gain tone in a pedalboard-friendly format. It combines aggressive character, clarity and modern flexibility for players who want amp-style response in a smaller footprint.

Two independent channels allow fast switching between sounds, with each channel storing its own knob settings for consistent recall. A built-in midboost function adds extra punch and helps the pedal cut through the mix when needed.

An advanced noise gate keeps the signal tight and articulate, even at higher gain settings. The pedal also includes IR loading via USB-C and a dedicated headphone output for silent practice and flexible direct recording.

With controls for Volume, Gain, Bass, Middle, Treble and Presence, the EP635 offers detailed tonal shaping in a rugged, compact enclosure. It is powered by 9V DC and designed for modern high-gain use.
