EMG H1A-N-BK

The H1A offers the same design as the H1 but uses Alnico V magnets instead of ceramics. The result is a much warmer sound with a full midrange and softer treble, without sacrificing any of the presence or clarity you would expect from the best vintage humbuckers. This model uses coils with extra turns and Alnico V magnets to give it the sansation and response of an old passive microphone. In the position of the handle, H1A-N has a meary softness that cuts the mixture equally. On the bridge, the H1A-B produces a fat bass with brightness and blow.
