This pedal features dual op-amps, giving you maximum flexibility when it comes to your fuzz effect. The Wicker function, built-in noise gate, and the ability to control the midrange with an expression pedal make the Deluxe Big Muff Pi 2 a powerhouse with enormous possibilities for shaping your fuzz sound.

The Deluxe Big Muff Pi 2 features the original’s characteristic midrange tone, combined with the flexible EQ and nearly endless sustain expected from a Big Muff. The controls include Volume, Tone, and Sustain, complemented by EQ and Gain. There’s also a Blend control that lets you adjust the mix between the effect and direct signals. The Gate function helps you eliminate noise when you’re not playing.

The WICKER switch unlocks two additional levels of treble filtering for increased clarity and brilliance in the higher frequencies. The parametric midrange section features its own footswitch, a Hi/Lo Q switch, and adjustable Frequency and Level controls that can be used to boost or cut the midrange across a wide frequency range.

The Expression input allows you to control MIDS FREQ, transforming the Deluxe Big Muff 2 into a wild fuzz-wah. You can connect an expression pedal, but you can also connect a CV signal.

The Deluxe Big Muff Pi 2 also features a dual-function footswitch. Press the footswitch once to turn the effect on or off, or hold it down for a momentary burst of fuzz chaos.
