The Deluxe Bass Big Muff Pi 2 takes the classic, previously “lost” Big Muff 2 design with dual op-amps to a whole new level. With flexible tone shaping and professional upgrades, it delivers a massive fuzz sound tailored for modern bassists who demand both power and control.

The pedal retains the characteristic midrange bite of the original, combined with the long sustain and dynamic response that made the Big Muff an icon. This Deluxe version adds a BLEND control, noise gate, and an advanced CROSSOVER section that offers unique possibilities for precise tone shaping.

With the BLEND knob, you can easily blend clean and distorted sounds for aggressive fuzz tones with a clear low end. The GATE function removes unwanted noise and keeps your playing tight and defined. The foot-switchable CROSSOVER function splits the signal into two parts: a high-pass filtered signal sent to the fuzz circuit and a low-pass filtered clean signal. The result is a clear, aggressive fuzz sound up top combined with massive, clean bass down low.

The pedal also features an expanded input and output system for both studio and live use. The XLR DI output makes it easy to connect directly to a mixer or recording equipment, while the DIRECT OUT provides a buffered, completely clean bass signal.

The true bypass footswitch offers both latch and momentary modes: press once for classic on/off functionality or hold down the footswitch for a temporary burst of fuzz.
