Professional flight case, made by 7 mm scratch resistant 5-Ply, phenolic-bond Marine Plywood. Scratch-resistant covering. The impermeability of the covering and the phenolic bonding of the plywood prevent any kind of deformation resulting from humidity and make the cases incredibly temperature resistant. It features high-tension steel elevated corners which protect the weakest points of the structure, and eliminate all contact between the body of the case and other surfaces. As an added protection against blows and falls, high-density, polyethylene ETHAFOAM is used as internal protection and it also has excellent thermal insulation quality. Equipped with Original “next-to-90°” Proel design aluminium profile that offers a perfect and long-lasting coupling. It also features the reversible profile aluminium edging that assures perfect alignment of the lid and an airtight seal. Provided with medium, steel type hinges with a lid support that allows the opening and locking of a lid at 90° and recessed, high-quality steel “butterfly” type fasteners are used.
