Simply plug the MV88 into your device's USB-C port and configure audio and video settings in the free Shure MOTIV Video or MOTIV Audio apps. Choose from four selectable polar patterns (stereo, mono cardioid, mono bidirectional, or raw mid-side) to customize the microphone for any recording situation. Ensure perfect sound with powerful processing features like Auto Level Mode and Real-time Denoiser, and further fine-tune your sound by adjusting microphone gain, compressor, high-pass filter, 5-band EQ, and more. This versatile and compact microphone delivers professional-quality audio and is an indispensable tool for creators on the go.

Direct USB-C connection
The MV88 connects directly to your mobile device via the USB-C port, with no pairing or charging required like with wireless microphones. Just plug it in and start recording high-quality audio right away.

The MV88 provides a secure connection even with phone cases up to 2.1mm thick. For cases thicker than 2.1mm, a USB-C extension adapter may be required.
