For 20 years, GB bass line has been one of the most popular Cort bass lines. In 2017, Cort introduced all-new GB bass lines with many upgrade features and enhanced design treatment. From entry-level bass for beginners to professional bassists seeking premium bass, GB bass can continue its role to serve all those bass players demand. GB34JJ features 2-band active electronics providing a wide range of sounds for a variety of playing situations and musical genres.

Hard Maple Neck
Hard Maple neck provides power and stability as well as contributing a warn, beefy and punchy tone with a strong upper midrange. Dense and rigid yet with just the right amount of tactile flexibility, it responds sensitively to your picking attack and slapping techniques with plenty of articulation and power.

2 Band Active Electronics

The two J-style single-coil pickups and 2-Band active electronics provide a wide range of sounds for a variety of playing situations and musical genres. Whether you play jazz that demands increased dynamics or hard-popping modern funk that requires bright and fast compressed attack, the active electronics EQ adds sonic versatility so you can adapt to virtually any playing situation.

Ergonomic Neck Joint
Designed and implemented to facilitate easy access to the upper register of the fingerboard, the new Ergonomic Neck Joint increases playing comfort while reducing tendon stress and awkward wrist and finger positions. Now you can solo away and reach the highest notes with confidence as well as greatly improved playability.
