The Blackstar Fly 3 High Gain is a battery-powered mini amplifier designed for guitarists who play metal, hard rock, and other high-gain styles. Built on the popular Fly 3 platform, the classic Clean and Overdrive channels are complemented by the new Nitro channel, which delivers modern high gain with a tight low end, fast response, and a built-in noise gate.

Despite its compact size, the Fly 3 High Gain delivers an impressively big sound thanks to a specially developed 3-inch driver and an acoustically optimized sealed cabinet. The result is a rich tone with clear bass response—perfect for practicing at home, on the road, or backstage.

Three channels for maximum flexibility
Easily switch between crystal-clear clean tones, classic overdrive, and modern high gain. The Nitro channel is designed for aggressive riffs and fast solos, while the built-in noise gate keeps the sound clean without sacrificing sustain or playing feel.

Patented ISF and built-in delay
Blackstar’s patented ISF control lets you seamlessly shape the sound between American and British amp characteristics. The analog delay effect adds extra depth and space to both rhythm playing and solos.

Perfect for practice and recording
Connect a cell phone or music player via the AUX input and play along with your favorite songs. The emulated headphone output provides a natural amp sound for quiet practice or direct recording. The Fly 3 High Gain can be powered by batteries or an AC adapter and can be paired with the Blackstar FLY 103 cabinet for a wider stereo sound and up to 6 watts of output power.
