Beaton Icon F8 NA

The Beaton Icon F8 NA is a classic F-style mandolin with a natural high-gloss finish and a focused, balanced sound. The spruce top provides a bright, clear and defined tone, while the maple back and sides contribute fast attack, projection and volume.

The traditional combination of spruce and maple makes the Icon F8 NA well suited to bluegrass, folk and acoustic ensemble settings. Its balanced response also allows it to work effectively as a solo instrument.

The okoume neck has a thickness of 21–23 mm and is paired with a rosewood fingerboard featuring 24 frets and side dots. The 350 mm scale length and approximately 30 mm width at the 1st fret provide a comfortable playing feel.

The adjustable rosewood bridge allows the setup to be fine-tuned, including string height and intonation. Chrome tuning machines provide stable tuning, while ABS binding gives the body and fingerboard a clean, durable finish.
