Audac PRE240

The Audac PRE240 is a 19" mixer with four independent output zones.

It features a total of 8 balanced microphone inputs, two line inputs, and two independent, balanced master outputs. All microphone inputs have separate gain controls, 3-band EQ, phantom power, and talkover (on the rear panel). In addition, there are two stereo line inputs, a Bluetooth receiver, and a 3.5mm front jack with separate gain control.

The Bluetooth receiver is connected in parallel with the Line-1 input. When connecting via Bluetooth, each PRE240 has a unique Bluetooth name to minimize the risk of connecting your phone to the wrong device. The 3.5mm jack on the front panel is connected in parallel with the Line-2 input. This makes it the obvious choice for a mixer when you want to easily connect mobile devices such as cell phones, tablets, and laptops—both wirelessly and via a cable.

The PRE220 also features a “priority mute” input for connection to alarms or similar devices. When activated, the music channels are muted, but priority audio sources—such as voice alarms or emergency microphones—are allowed through.
