Audac PMQ480

The Audac PMQ480 is a four-channel amplifier for 100V/70V and 8 ohms. The amplifier is equipped with a WaveDynamics™ DSP processor, which provides, among other features, active crossover, 7-band EQ, a limiter, bass boost, delay, and more.

All settings are configured via the easy-to-navigate 2.5" front display. Access can be granted at two different levels (User & Administrator) using a password or USB key protection.
Configuration is made even easier with the help of downloadable speaker profiles and/or complete system configurations that can be selected from a library and uploaded via a USB flash drive.

High input flexibility with the internal input selection matrix. Each channel can be individually set to a 100V/70V or 8-ohm load, which facilitates audio distribution from 100V/70V speakers in combination with, for example, a low-impedance subwoofer.

With the ANI44XT plug-in module (accessory), in addition to the existing analog inputs, you also get 4 inputs and 4 outputs over a Dante network. Analog-connected audio sources can be transmitted as Dante and vice versa. The amplifier can then be controlled via a smartphone, tablet, or touchscreen in combination with the Audac Touch app, or using the NCP105 physical control panel. Integration with third-party control systems, such as Crestron, is also possible, but via the RS232 port.

“Audac Touch” app control of power amplifiers:
A smart way to access volume control and source selection in the Audac Touch app is to equip the power amplifier with the ANI44XT network card. In addition to gaining Dante compatibility, you can also use the power amplifier as a simple audio control unit or matrix. Perfect if you want to control volume and source selection by zone.
