Audac ARES5A/W

The Audac ARES5A is a pair of 2-way 5.25-inch active speakers with 2 x 40W music power (2 x 20W RMS). It features a balanced line input (terminal block connection) and an unbalanced 3.5mm input, a stereo/mono switch, a 2-band EQ, and a volume control.

With the parallel RJ45 connection, most Audac wall-mounted remote/connection panels can also be combined with the ARES5A, creating an easy-to-use, functional, and needs-based system. The three audio inputs are parallel and can be used simultaneously (e.g., a microphone via the wall panel and projector audio connected directly to the speaker in combination).

In addition to being smaller and more compact than its predecessors, the ARES features an integrated, multi-flexible mounting bracket that tucks closer to walls/ceilings, offering more angle options. Since the bracket does not protrude beyond the speaker’s outline, the end result is more aesthetically pleasing. The speaker can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, and the logo is rotatable. Screws and wall anchors are included as standard.

The ARES speaker is also Energy Star certified, but the standby mode can be turned on or off depending on needs and application.
