ASM Diosynth

The ASM Diosynth Wind Synthesizer is a powerful and expressive wind instrument. It combines advanced synthesis with samples, enabling realistic acoustic sounds and modern synth textures. The instrument has mechanical keys that feel like real saxophones and wind instruments, as well as features such as multiple finger positions, scale and tone lock functions, and octave buttons covering over eight octaves.

For expression, there are sensors for breath and bite, gyro, X/Y joystick, push buttons, and three programmable switches. There are 384 preset sounds and space for 768 patches, including everything from saxophones, trumpets, and flutes to synth leads, bass, and layer-based textures. The sounds are based on ASM's Hydrasynth technology with a new sample oscillator for endless sound possibilities, including mixing acoustic and synthetic sounds.

Diosynth includes 128 unique samples of woodwinds, brass, strings, and exotic instruments such as the contrabass flute and Peruvian llama whistle. You can store and play two sounds simultaneously, with the option to layer or split the sounds. Connections include stereo output, headphone output, MIDI, USB MIDI & Audio, Bluetooth MIDI, and Bluetooth Audio-in. It can be powered via USB-C or two rechargeable 18650 batteries (not included).

The instrument is compact, weighing only 0.9 kg, and comes in a hard-shell case with accessories such as a stand, mouthpieces, cables, and user manual.
