Alesis Nitro Ultimate XL x Zildjian

The Alesis Nitro Ultimate XL x Zildjian is a 10-piece electronic drum kit designed for drummers seeking an expressive playing experience with a realistic feel and responsive mesh drumheads. Compared with the Nitro Ultimate, the XL version adds an extra tom and features larger drums and cymbals for an expanded playing setup.

The kit includes a 12-inch dual-zone mesh snare, four 10-inch dual-zone mesh toms, two 12-inch dual-zone crash cymbals and a 14-inch triple-zone ride. The movable hi-hat controller is designed for mounting on a traditional hi-hat stand, sold separately, and supports expressive playing techniques.

The Nitro Ultimate XL Drum Module provides 52 built-in drum kits and more than 640 drum, cymbal, percussion and electronic sounds. Bluetooth audio enables wireless play-along practice, while USB MIDI allows connection to virtual instruments and recording software. The module also features main audio outputs, a headphone output and a stereo auxiliary input.

The Zildjian edition includes the Zildjian Session Mix Vol. 1 expansion pack, featuring studio-recorded cymbal sounds selected from the Zildjian Artist Vault. BFD Player software is included with the BFD Player Core Library and Dark Mahogany Expansion Pack. BFD Player can run as standalone software or as a plugin within a DAW, offering additional sounds, customisable mixes and downloadable sample packs. A 90-day Drumeo subscription is also included.
