The Alesis Nitro Pro XL is an expanded electronic drum kit designed for drummers of all ages and skill levels. Suitable for practice, jamming and recording, it combines responsive mesh drum pads, a stable steel rack and an intuitive sound module loaded with professionally recorded drum sounds.

The module features 36 ready-to-play BFD drum kits covering classic and modern sounds from different musical eras, with over 500 drum, cymbal, percussion and effects sounds. It also includes Bluetooth audio, an auxiliary input, 60 built-in play-along tracks, a metronome, sequencer and performance recorder, providing a comprehensive setup for learning and developing drumming skills.

The expanded kit features a 10-inch dual-zone mesh snare, four 8-inch dual-zone mesh toms and an 8-inch mesh kick tower compatible with double-kick pedals. Four 10-inch cymbals provide hi-hat, ride and two crash positions, with choke functionality on the ride and crash cymbals. Reinforced mounts, full-size spacing, a steel rack and notched adjustments help maintain a stable and repeatable setup.

Nitro Pro XL also features iconic Zildjian cymbal sounds through the included BFD Player software and Zildjian Session Mix Vol. 1 expansion pack, featuring studio-recorded cymbals selected from the Zildjian Artist Vault. The BFD Player software also includes the Dark Mahogany expansion pack. USB and MIDI connectivity support virtual instruments and recording, while stereo audio and headphone outputs provide flexible monitoring options.

The kit includes a 90-day Drumeo subscription, a mobile device holder, drumsticks, a drum key, cables and a power supply. With its expanded drum configuration, extensive sound library and built-in learning tools, the Nitro Pro XL is suitable for home practice, creative sessions and recording.
