ADAM Audio Sub8 PRO

The ADAM Audio Sub8 PRO is a professional active subwoofer designed to extend the low-frequency response of compact stereo and multichannel monitoring systems. It combines an 8-inch high-excursion woofer with a powerful PWM amplifier and an FEA-optimized front-firing bass port for controlled, detailed bass reproduction.

Network connectivity via Ethernet provides access to ADAM Control software, enabling manual time alignment, four-band parametric EQ, room calibration and firmware updates. The subwoofer also supports the import of Sonarworks SoundID Reference calibration profiles for integration into calibrated studio monitoring setups.

With Stereo, LFE and Wide operating modes, the Sub8 PRO adapts to conventional stereo and 2.1 monitoring, immersive audio systems and full-range applications. Adjustable phase, level and bass management settings provide additional flexibility when integrating the subwoofer with studio monitors.

The Sub8 PRO features balanced analog XLR/TRS combo inputs, AES3 digital input, analog XLR outputs and AES3 digital output. Its robust MDF cabinet, protective metal grille and built-in protection circuits make it suitable for demanding studio environments.
