Acus Simon 5 Wood

The Acus Simon 5 Wood is a compact 75-watt acoustic amplifier designed for acoustic guitar, vocals and other acoustic instruments. It combines an active crossover and carefully tuned speaker system with a compact plywood cabinet, delivering a natural and detailed sound in a portable format.

The amplifier features three channels for instrument and microphone use. Each channel provides gain, high, mid, low, effect and volume controls, while Channel 1 additionally features a built-in compressor and selectable Flat, Bass and Jazz modes.

The integrated effects section offers Reverb 1, Reverb 2, Chorus and Delay, with separately adjustable effect length and footswitch control. Bluetooth audio and an AUX channel with TRRS input/output allow playback and connection to mobile devices.

A balanced Direct Out with separate volume control allows the amplifier to be connected to a PA system or sound card while maintaining independent control of the amplifier's own monitor sound. The 5-inch woofer and 1-inch dome tweeter provide a frequency response of 50 Hz–20 kHz and a maximum SPL of 104 dB.

The solid plywood cabinet features a walnut wood finish and weighs just 7.4 kg, making the Simon 5 Wood suitable for practice, teaching, small café performances, home studios and mobile acoustic setups.
