With revenue generated from the sales of the LCT 440 PURE – VIDA EDITION, LEWITT will acquire 30.000m² of rainforest in support of the "Rainforest of the Austrians" NGO, founded in 1991 by the internationally-acclaimed Austrian classical violinist Michael Schnitzler to preserve nature and biodiversity in Costa Rica.

LEWITT’s pledge to this initiative continues the decades-long tradition of Austrian musicians’ support for the project, which has previously come in the form of song royalties, benefit concerts, and appeals for donations to protect the environment.
