This harmonica allows you to play 48 different chords and is the ideal accompanying instrument for harmonica ensembles and orchestras. With 384 reeds it offers all major, minor, 7th, diminished and augmented chords in 4-part octave voicings.
The lower of each pair of octave-tuned reeds is located on the inner rows of the instrument, ensuring that high and low ranges are equidistant from one another and thus enabling balanced microphoning.
The Chord 48 is the only accompaniment harmonica where each chord is located on its own separate reed plate, permitting individual placement and greatly increasing ease of maintenance.
