Mocon is a series from Hagstrom`s acoustic section of the catalog. It currently consists of only one model and it is Mocon Concert. This model features concert-shaped body with non-cutaway design. Natural color of mahogany is the only color option assigned by Hagstrom to this model and it is finished in gloss. Back and side panels on this model are made of mahogany and are paired with a top also made of mahogany. This is the most popular one-wood combo for the steel-string guitar bodies. Bridge section on this model is equipped with a belly-shaped bridge made of resinator. Neck is made of mahogany and it is attached to the body with a dovetail joint set at the 14th fret. Resinator fingerboard is equipped with 20 frets with Hagstrom standard inlays.
