Tellimine
Kõige lihtsam ja kiireim viis on teha tellimus sellel lehel. Kui Teile meeldib teisiti, siis on võimalik meile helistada numbril 537 358 82, E,T 12-17, K,N,R 12-19, L 12-15.
Makse tingimused
Kõik tellimused peavad olema ette makstud. Püsiklientidel on võimalus makset ajatada, mille maksetähtaeg on rangelt 7 päeva. Kui Te soovite kaubale kauplusesse järele tulla siis on võimalus maksta ka kaardiga!
Kättetoimetamine
Kui ei ole võimalik või ei soovi kaubale ise järele tulla, saadame kauba Eesti Posti või Cargoga.
Hinnad
Kõik hinnad sisaldavad käibemaksu 20%. Meil on õigus muuta hindu sellest klienti ette teatamata.
Transport
Transpordi kulud lisatakse kõigile arvetele, mis on saadetud Eesti Posti või Cargoga. Alati kontrollida oma saabuvat pakki. Juhul, kui pakk on transpordi vältel kannatada saanud, siis palun teavitada sellest koheselt Eesti Posti või Cargot ja kindlasti ka meid!
Garantii
Garantii pikkus on 1 aasta. Tähelepanu, mõnedel professionaalsetel toodetel on garantii pikkuseks 3-24 või enam kuud.
Garantiiremont
Garantiiremondi küsimustes pöörduda palun kas elektronposti teel info@djservice.ee, helistage numbril 537 358 82 või tulge lahtioleku aegadel kohale. Garantiiremondi teostamiseks tuleb esitada arve (võib olla ka koopia) ja saatmisel lisaks vea teade koos tootega. Klient tasub transpordikulud!

PAYMENT TERMS
All orders need to be pre-payed. Long term customers have the opportunity to receive a credit, then the payment time is strictly 7 days. If you choose to collect your order from our store you can also choose to pay with your bank- or credit card.
DELIVERY
If you don’t want to collect the order from our store, you can choose your order to be shipped with Eesti Post or Cargo Bus.
PRICES
All prices include 20% VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices without further notice.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost will be added to all orders that are shipped with Eesti Post or Cargo Bus.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Always check your order when it arrives. If there are any shipping damages, please notify the shipping-company right away. Therafter you may notify us.
GUARANTEE
Normal guarantee is one year. Observe that some professional products only have 3 months guarantee. Some products also have longer guarantee that reaches from 2 years and up.
SERVICE/REPAIR
You always have to apply for a servicenumber before you send your product for repair or service. Easiest way to get the number is to mail us on info@djservice.ee or call us on tel 537 358 82. You also have to send a copy of the invoice and a detailed error message together with the product. The customer pays the shipping.
